You are entitled to file claims, complaints and suggestions before the healthcare organisation which has provided you with healthcare.

Due to the fact that Spain is territorially organised around 17 regional authorities and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla, you will have to access the website of the Department of Health of the regional authority where the health centre which has provided you with healthcare is located or the health centre's own website in order to obtain information on the steps you have to follow to file claims, complaints and suggestions.
